Professional couriers
Train infrastructure
Smart lockers
Verified transportation participants

DropX coordinates deliveries but does not guarantee that every shipment can be fulfilled.

3. Eligibility

Users must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate information
Maintain account security
Comply with applicable laws

4. Prohibited Shipments

Users may not send:

Illegal goods
Dangerous materials
Explosives
Firearms
Drugs
Live animals
Currency
Human remains
Perishable items requiring special handling unless specifically accepted by DropX
Any item prohibited by law

DropX may inspect or refuse shipments when necessary.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Package items securely
Provide accurate addresses
Describe package contents truthfully
Ensure recipients are available when required
Not misuse the platform

6. Couriers and Transportation Participants

All delivery participants agree to:

DropX may suspend or terminate participant accounts at its discretion.

7. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

Train schedules

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Users must report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Compensation, if applicable, is subject to:

Applicable insurance
Package value declarations
Investigation results
Service limitations

DropX's liability may be limited to the declared shipment value or applicable statutory limits.

9. Payments

Users agree to pay all applicable:

Delivery fees

Taxes

10. Refunds
